The first girls’ lacrosse program in the United States was established nearly a century ago and the sport continues to thrive. No other sport is growing faster at the high school or college level, resulting in countless opportunities for young women to make their mark.

Intermountain Lacrosse Youth League is dedicated to the promotion, development, and administration of both Boys and Girls youth lacrosse in Utah.  The league is directly accountable to its members, constantly striving for fairness and excellence in all aspects of the game, and focused on providing the experiences that foster life-long lacrosse participation.

Intermountain Lacrosse offers two separate seasons, spring & fall, for all youth players, Kindergarten - 8th Grade. Intermountain Lacrosse welcomes all players of all skill levels and experience. 

Which program should I choose when I register? Intermountain Lacrosse policy requires players to play for the program associated with the high school in which boundaries they reside. If your high school doesn't have a youth program, choose the next closest.
